Support got back to me and it was the extension on my browser were blocking it. If I had of read the posts here more carefully I would have got it earlier. So I'm up and running with my alt. Thanks again everyone.

But that turns off all UI sounds. It's not a fix, it's a hack. EDIT: But thx for posting on separating the map from d-scan and also for how to turn off UI sounds. That will be helpful for some people.
