Ok, Rokh setup is interesting. Course anyone who see's Caldari T1 thinks EM or Therm dmg. Also, not all Shield tankers have built in ship resistance bonuses let alone the medium slots to fit all that. Still an interesting fit, i got 8 neutrons II'...
