NOT an overview issue, even if I add drones to overview I still cannot see them in space. However if I click on a drone in the drone window, it lights it up and I can see THAT drone, but not the 4 other drones in space. How to resolve this issue?

I am in Serpentis space. Diplomacy is at 3, even if I max it out, I won't achieve -2.0 or higher, unless I can use Criminal Connection + Diplomacy together to raise it.
