Ok I've deleted the cache via the in game option, no effect. Deleted the cache manually, no effect. I removed all traces of Eve and reinstalled, no effect.

If i select a Npc Pirate ship and use any one of the many ways to "Lock Target" the counter goes and reaches it's finish... but no picture shows up at the top of my screen, if try to fire the cursor becomes the cross hair as if I have no target. I...
