IIRC, I used: 650s (better clip size, I end up reloading with 800s), 2 Nos (best you can afford) AB II, web, large booster II (XL C5 might fit), 2 invulns II 3 gyros, 3 pdu 5 Valks II, 5 Warriors II Been ages since npc, but it worked great.

You've got stock 500% +skills boost on top of base speed with 1MN MWD. If you want exact %, just do a Show Info in space on MWD/AB (or any module for that matter), or in station using Ship Fitting tab while the module is online.

This is what I used to do. Filled up the cargo hold with ammo, blew up everything in the mission, bookmarked the can, docked and completed the mission. Then I just jumped in a Probe with expanders and ab or mwd warped to the bookmark and scooped ...

I have a Cheetah and if I want to fit covops cloak and probe launcher I pretty much need to fill the lows with co-proc and that doesn't leave a lot of CPU for anything really worth fitting (Only have Cov ops 4). I don't even bother fitting anykin...
