1. Considering joining a corporation... - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Short of joining a bunch of corporations and testing the waters, is there any way to find one that will really suit me? In my experience with other online games, most recruiters/leaders will say just about anything to get you to join, but once you...

2. Moa or Caracal? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Thanks everyone. I went with the Caracal since I have more SP in missiles... It's all fitted up and ready to go. Now if I only had a level 2 agent with a better quality than -14! Guess it's time to work on those Social skills, heh.

3. Moa or Caracal? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I'm looking to upgrade to one of these two cruisers so I can run level 2 combat missions, but I can't decide which I should invest in... I'm leaning towards the Moa since it can equip railguns as well as missiles, but I'd like to hear everyone's ...

4. Deadspace passkeys - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Ahh, that sucks... Next time, if I don't find the key in the first pass through I'll know to find something else to do. Thanks.

5. Deadspace passkeys - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
I was a bit bored of doing level 1 combat missions, so I went off to explore a 2/10 deadspace complex earlier. I cleared the first pocket of Guristas and didn't find a key. Thinking someone might've passed through before me, I started blowing up ...

6. Agents and Security Level - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Does the security level in which an agent resides affect the difficulty of the missions they send you on? Level 1 combat missions are getting pretty dull, but I don't think I can handle level 2's in my frigate yet. If I'm looking for more of a c...

7. Mining for rookies? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Thanks for the link, Mik. Lots of good info there. For the time being, I'll just stick to combat missions and training my Learning skills and whatnot. In my Bantam, I can make about 23k in one 10 minute mining session. Not bad, but not nearly as ...

8. Mining for rookies? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
So, is that a roundabout way of saying "No, buy the game and get an Industrial ship to make mining worth it"?

9. Trying to fit another gun - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
The Condor has 1 turret hardpoint and 2 missile/rocket launcher hardpoints. You can only stick on gun and two launcher on it. You can check a ship's hardpoints by bringing up its info then looking under the 'Fitting' tab.

10. Mining for rookies? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Edited by: Yotai on 07/07/2006 00:26:59 I'm on my third day of the trial and I constantly see people recommending mining for newcomers to make ISK... However, in my experience, I find combat missions to be MUCH more profitable. Currently, my ...

11. Creating a good character? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Thanks for the info, everyone. I'm not really a min/maxer, but I wanted to make sure I wouldn't regret my attributes later down the road.

12. Creating a good character? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
What attributes and skills are essential for a new character? I know that all skills can be trained eventually, but after playing the tutorial, I still don't know which attributes are most important when creating a character. Thanks.
