Start with SOC imo and eventually get them all for sure! Awesome atmospheric shooters. Definitely look at getting the STALKER Complete mods for them too, they improve /fix the overall games by a massive amount without changing the core gameplay.

Just right click the sub you want to switch and select "fit to active ship". Will switch them over and remove any modules that don't belong with that sub to your hangar, keeping the ship and rigs intact of course.
