I had the same issue. Premium gfx are naffed and Classic is corrupt. But i did find a way. Download the premium client, then run it in Safe Mode. Start > Programs > Eve > Play Eve (Safe Mode). This should boot Premium with the Classic...

I have that issue too, although not to the same degree as you. My problems only start when i leave dock and only the stations and ships go white. Apparently CCP didnt think about laptop Eve players when they made this disaster of a patch.
