Liang has the right idea. Domi is going to be the ship to fly. Drones to take out any size ship without tracking problems, tank and utility. Really if changes go through I wouldn't want to fly anything but a domi.

If it's a PvP ship you're gonna be fitting a MWD anyways. If it's a PvE ship the bonus the purgers give to your tank more than make up the extra damage you will take due to signature radius.

It should not take you a month to go from myrm to dominix. Start salvaging your missions. Buy a myrm and do lvl 3s, be sure to insure the myrm. After you're ready for lvl 4s self-destruct the myrm and then buy a dominix. For PvP stick with vexors.
