1. A Small Update on the Speed Changes - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Recalculate the formula so that sig and speed are dependent upon one another and not separate formulas then just tweak calculations and numbers so you have the missiles you want damaging the ship sizes you want at the dps you want.

If a ship is going 1000m/s then two webs on that ship does not equal 250m/s but something higher due to stacking penalty, correct? Otherwise there is no stacking penalty and afaik there is no stacking penalty.

Eh? With the right skills and ship mods you can get the range of torps to 70km with around 730dps and still hold an indefinite tank against any rats. The torp nerf only made torps useless in missions but cruise missiles were already the better cho...
