4. Anyone try short range proj bs setups since patch? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
so was there a tracking bonus to the 800mm? I recall tomb saying that they are really supposed to be labeled "autocannons" Thats good news that they are good ~ don't need them to be super uber and have a nerf

7. Accuracy and Turret Balance Tuning - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Maya Rkell His point is that the named guns HAVE NOT BEEN ADJUSTED. Read next time plzkthx. No guns have been adjusted on TQ. I fail to see your point. I was talking about TQ and the current changes and my experience wi...

9. Accuracy and Turret Balance Tuning - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Zervun on 26/06/2004 10:22:28 Yes the point of 1400's was to do long range, at the state they were in with emp L or phased plasma they were hitting well down to about 8k. These definately needed to be changed. But instead of doing a...

11. Accuracy and Turret Balance Tuning - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Zervun on 26/06/2004 01:36:20 My biggest problem is the horrible projectile tracking. MWD in with 425mm's equiped even with a tracking enhancer etc just doesn't hit crap. Took me over at least 7 - 10 min with 6x 425mm's with a named...

I wonder if TomB is even going to reply to the fact that proj's are so horrible now =/. Every post dealing with this has gone unreplied... All kinds of changes going into lasers and hybrids, but proj's get the shaft...

13. Accuracy and Turret Balance Tuning - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
My issue is I am a close range projectile user. This week I have been runing different setups on booth a phoon and an apoc. 425mm, 650mm, 800mm. None hit well for barely any damage under 10kish. I can understand the 800mm having that issue. But w...

14. Large Nosferatu - Operational? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Unfortunately the heavy nos's only apparently work on pc's not npc's. Really dumb, makes them worthless cept for pvp. The argument that it is unlimited cap regen w/ npc's doesn't really make sense because if you are fighting ala pvp it's unlimit...

16. How about this Typhoon setup? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Zervun on 08/06/2004 23:10:40 I suppose it might work that way, but I'm a fan of regen > anything. Ya you have a bigger pool, but it takes more fitting etc.

17. How about this Typhoon setup? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The dual 425's are better, but for day to day usage they run through so much ammo it's a pita. 2x power diags = 15% regen 1 cap relay = 20% 3x diags = 23.5% regen closer to the cap relay. I also prefer to slap a explosive hardner in also for EMP L...

18. How about this Typhoon setup? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Zervun on 08/06/2004 19:21:49 Well, you are armor tanking it so the shield boost on the diags is worthless. You don't need the extra grid when using 800's. The hp boost is minor. Everything is about regen so the cap relays work much...

20. Typhoon long-range setup - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Zervun on 07/06/2004 23:19:43 I'm a firm believer that the typhoon is best at shorter range not long range. At short range the bonus on the guns works great and you have the 2nd largest drone bay. Take a look at. Also it's one of th...
