yes you're correct. Don't be afraid to sit on the ships when the price is to low in your area (unless you want to haul them to other areas) because the price flucuates. There's plenty of times in jita that a given frigate is completely out of stoc...

How many do you anticipate making? If you won't be making a lot...then it will probably cost you more to make the occasional ship then jsut purchasing them from the market. But for the sake of answering, you'll want production efficientcy at level...

IMO it's all about playing against Jita when it comes to manufacturing. If you can buy minerals at Jita cost, and sell in Jita for profit then you make profit. Anything else is just trading (again....my opinion). If you're going to manufacture, PE...

Form your own corp, it costs next to nothing. Set yourself up a pos in a nice, low-traveled, low sec system (with an npc station if you'll be doing bp stuff) and you'll have your own pos. If you want to have some fun....leave an iteron in the shie...
