So the other day i noticed an exploit where a citadel can not shoot a suspect player in high sec that is directly assisting in a war(IE repairing a war target). had a small group i'm at war with attack while a bunch of their natural friends repair...

You are getting free compression if you don't own the citadel and the full cost is way lower then a pos for just the refinery. quit complainin about having to dock or maybe refine your stuff and support local citadel owners.

yeah the time it adds is way to short, the whole point is so you have a bit more time to go out with a few bangs. more for doomsday protection then anything and not every day combat i would think.

While i don't really care about kill mails, op is right. the person controlling the citadel should at least be mentioned in the KM since a person has to be controlling it and it is more like a ship while a POS which can shoot all on its own.
