SO my suggestion is a new ship that can refine "25% base refining" and has manufacturing slots +1 per skill. Now i know that a p.o.s. can already do this for mobile use but it take a long time to set up and take them down witch no one really likes...

Isn't that what corps are for... and you can make plenty of isk doing missions with homemade gear i do it all the time hell i have homemade cap ships... you dont need the market for much if you can make it all yourself
