CCP is pressing faction loot up so players have to buy plex to get them. Thats why they have retaredly nerfed every faction/officerspawns in the game. Its all about the money.

They are slowly seeding less faction i.e changing the way the spawn. Do you see free-for-play where u have to pay $$ for stuff in the future? ccp is all about the money, dont ever think anything else.
