the trouble is though ,we pay for this game dont we.its not free. the industry im in is always giving people refunds or reductions in price because of poor service and i dont see any reason why the same shouldnt apply here

i have downloaded the patch using bitorrent and double clicked the icon and the computer has installed it.when i connect it says patching like it did before.can anyone help?
