I always was fighting against missles fited boats, so that was my main concren. Should have clarified more. I agree, against turrets MWD might be good to reach traversal. I'll let others debate that. Right now my only target is a heavy missles fit...

I'm new to ceptors too so I might be way off, but it seems to me that MWD is a bad idea. It makes your signature radium 500% bigger, which means all guns and missles will have no problem hitting you. That means very quick death. I find t2 AB much ...

It's 5% more LP per skill level from agent of the skill affected type. Each type is covered by 2 skills, so max u can get is 2*25% (2 skills at lev5) = 50% more LP.

The implants don't come with every important mission though. I'm working for lev3 agent and did a about 5 important missions - didn't get any implants. What is more, the rewards were very poor, like 20-50k with bonus.
