1. yes that is one of the harder lvl2s 2. rewards are better in low sec but if u r concentrating on gaining standings then it wont make alot of difference. once u get to lvl3s and lvl4s using low sec agents can make a massive difference in reward...

standings definitely dont have any effect on the amount of damage u receive. him having a higher shield recharge will obviously help as his shields will come back quicker than yours. other things like whether u sit still and shoot or try to keep...
