Ok thanks for all the advice guys.... I have found a system that is 0.3 and has a mix of .2/.4/.5 nearby as well. my buddy is going to use a blackbird and i am going for rifter/thraser to deal out the damage as well.... As for gate ganking, wha...

Hi, Me and my buddy are a couple of nooby pirates (well trying to be ).. Would like some advice on best sec rating system to start out in, 0.3 or 0.4? we are using frigs or cruisers (my buddy is caldari)so i am thinking along the lines of one...
