Did you get podded while you were in your second clone? In that case did you have a high enough medical clone? If that's not what you are saying then maybe your skill hasn't updated..and you just need to relog or undock and check your skills then?

It's probably because people can get 60d cards for 370 which is 185 for 30 and 555 for 90 days. So investing 600m for a worse deal doesn't make sense. That said:) 90 days is a long time to save up isk so someone might want them. /bump
