The debate "is level 5 skills worth it" has been won by the 'it \o/ is !'. So all of us with level 5 in learning skills are now happly training advanced learning skills which will saves us a lot of time to come as well as all the time saved so far...

well it is happening if you look at eliete (TECH II) ship and tech II guns and the skills to use them. your 4 million skill points will not go far if you want to be good at say a eliete assulat cruiser that is coming a long
