Okay I have been doing lvl 4 missions for a while. I am 1/5 the way to get bs offer I have yet to get any Named Tags. Okay so whats the deal!! do the Named tags drop in missions, if so what missions? or they come from some where else?

I like to use a blaster setup and now it almost useless for missions. The deadspace sucks. I get jump in at 15 and rats are up to 70 away mwd dont work cant get close to kill them it sucks. Rats dont drop hardly any more.(I guess you want all pl...
