I didn't really mean Outbreak or Heretics specifically brought politics, but when a group has a history/methods, it would force the rest of the malitia into it. The Amarr seemed to have the worst with backstabbing and wardecs.

Amamake is the low-sec entry point. Then you have the Auga-Kourmonen route, which is usually camped by pirates. From Kourmonen, you can head to Kamela, which is the Amarr low-sec entry point. There's a lot more than that but you'll figure it out.

You can't really "win" in FW... that's the beauty of it. In the beginning, the Minmatar wiped the floor with the Amarr. Then we lost some major corps, and Slacker Industries, who are just incredible pilots, joined the Amarr and they really stuck ...
