I agree Althair. What the galaxy needs is love sweet love, it's the only thing that there's just too little of (excluding R64 moons).
P.S. I am curious who this Jade Constantine person is and why she is posting such off topic things in Althair's wonderful thread. She certainly seems to think a lot of herself.

Hey, jade, you know that Delve doesn't have any cyno jammers right? It just turned Sov 2.
Also, you can't light cynos in high sec. So technically speaking, aren't you "hiding" in a cyno jammed space 99% of the time too?

Off topic: She also seems to be slightly wrong, especially about cynojammers. For starters, Star Fraction lives in empire, which is inherently cynojammed (only the players don't need to set it up), so accusing other alliances of setting up cynojammers is somewhat hypocritical. Furthermore, Delve currently has no cynojammer up (sovereignty claims are still too low), and our entire alliance is virtually there or on it's way.
But that's okay! Goonfleet is happy where it is, and Star Fraction is happy where they are, so all parties are satisfied and the point is moot. I'm more interested in reaching out to other players in friendly conversation, but unfortunately there's so few people in Eve interested in that. Though when it does happen, it's always refreshing. Especially when it's with allegidly bitter rivals.
edit: Oh Qlanth! You always beat me to these things. You card!

Originally by: Althair Erin This is a serious message of love and a call to camaraderie to all the pilots of EVE, especially those in 0.0
First I think it needs to be pointed out that we in Goonfleet have boundless love and respect for our member corporations and our allies. We enjoy their company on teamspeak and in fleet chat, and have invited some of them to participate on our forums, which as you know being a forum based culture that values good posting above all else this is very much like inviting someone into our church.
We do not keep pets or slaves as this inherently is a disrespectful and elitist structure that has no place in the kind of egalitarian galaxy the Swarm believes in. Those people who choose to play alongside us do so because they enjoy the game more when doing it, and we praise their good qualities and don't hesitate to gently point out their shortcomings as is normal between real friends. Our allies never get enough love because there simply isn't enough in all of EVE to give them as much as they deserve! Some people are surprised to learn how friendly goons are because their perceptions have been shaded by irresponsible media and partisan posting, but we are always eager to meet other friendly pilots. I myself have repeatedly extended my hand to opponents of our alliance, and I have received many messages of encouragement from like minded people. Messages of surprise were common as well, coming from pilots who had the wrong impression of the Swarm and wanted to open channels for clear communication.
In my last thread I called for the younger pilots of EVE to rise in opposition to the old and embittered leaders of their alliances, to declare that they were not content to siege or camp or sit waiting for form-ups that might never come or answering CTA's that don't do anything again and again so that the elder players could accomplish goals of revenge laid down years before any of us started playing the game. Many of you wrote back with great enthusiasm for the idea of more open communication between players in 0.0 going a long way toward laying the ground work for a future beyond the old grudges. I hope that you will continue your efforts (as I have) to bring a more civil element to the bitter wars of 0.0
I know that it can be painful to lose ships and towers and all the elements like mods and anchorable structures that go along with them. I myself have lost a bunch, as anyone can see from our killboard! But I think it's really important to not allow the temporary frustration born from those losses to become a lingering bitterness and hatred that twists away the real point of this game: having fun. It is my belief that some of that anger and pain can be softened when both parties treat each other in a respectful fashion, which is why I have always been an advocate for respectful engagements between opponents. Remember that we are all human, and that we can connect with each other on that level no matter which corporation or alliance we happen to belong to.
This is not just a collection of gratitude and pretty words, this is also a call to action! Join with me to create a more civil EVE, an EVE where people treat each other with the respect they deserve as human beings. Forget about alliance or corporation tickers, don't judge people by those- they're ephemeral! But the feelings generated by your actions on each other will last.
I want to thank all of you who have stood against us in this game. You have helped to give us focus and channel our efforts. I hope that you understand that without you none of this would have been possible. Fly safe, friends.

Fellow Pod Pilots,
I call upon all of you to take a deep breath and resist the urge to reply to poor Jade Constantine. This unfortunate individual appears to have suffered some terrible trauma -- perhaps a cloning process malfunction, that has impacted his abilities of communication and reasoning.
What Jade needs most right now is our understanding in this trying time. It is my understanding that CONCORD is working on an amazing new Neural Remapping technology that may yet offer hope of recovery for our dear friend:

I am trying to decide if Jade studied under Darth Solo or vice versa. They bot seem equally delusional when it comes to their alliances respective influences in the game, whereas KIA actually took space, admittedly most TriFail space, but it is still space. Edited by: Cannibal BLT on 23/02/2009 08:29:49 I just had a nice conversation this evening with a KenZoku member about wine. He's from Italy, and I use to live near the Okanagan Valley, but as it just so happens he loves wine from the Okanagan, and I LOVE wine from Italy! We talked for a good hour about different ports and sherries we like, I recommended some good Merlot he should check out, that sort of thing. All the while his buddies were throwing silly insults at me left and right. But we both ignored them and went on chatting.
In any case, it definitely proved that even among "old" and "bitter" enemies, we can still have a good time and enjoy each other's company, so long as you have the right outlook. He agreed that much of the flagrant animosity in KenZoku was disappointing, but a small minority in his corp believed in a more humble outlook like we did. All the while we were still fighting on opposite sides of a war, sitting on opposite sides of a station undock, yacking about what kind of table wine we enjoyed the most with oven-cooked roast.
As I've said before, I'm still pretty new to this game, and I don't understand a lot of the history behind the oppression and hatred eve alliances have inflicted on each other. But while there's definitely no such thing as "honorable" combat in 0.0 or "gentlemen's" 1v1 battles, there's always room for a mature sense of courtesy and respect among one another. And sometimes it can brighten an otherwise bleak weekend. :)

Nothing in any of your posts ITT has made any sense. You are a terrible liar, and cannot back any of your claims up with any sort of proof.
You know nothing of 0.0 warfare. Have you ever actually seen a cyno jammer, a jump bridge or a cyno array?
Finally, your posting is terrible. It is blatantly obvious that you have no formal education. Your pitiful attempts to use big words is so transparent, even foreign pubbies can see right through it. You want to seem smarter than you actually are.'
In the end, Jade, you're nothing but a ******ed pubbie yourself of the worst kind. You are self-absorbed, and egotistical, but don't have anything to show for it. At least when Molle bragged, he had accomplished something of note. You haven't.
