He basically made a giant threatnaught. By page 8 or so, the GMs decided to break their "Don't discuss actions taken in public" stance and reveal that the guy in question had bought about 10b ISK I wonder: will this thread die horribly, or will it become a threatnaught with a similar result?

There have been many* incidents where CCP hasn't "wtfpwned" the banned people, in some they have quietly apologized also. The banned guy cannot post details AFAIK, as that in itself would be a bannable offense(?). Also, whether or not CCP will post any details is at their own discretion, but the more fanboi trolls post in CCP's support, the less likely it is that we will see the full details. I wrote a well written long reply focusing on how there must be a mistake made somewhere and that I'm willing to help figure out where the problem is. I wrote and additional supplemental reply 24 hours after that. No reply as of this post. This is a problem. If someone that has put 5 years of skilling and over 7,000 USD in subscription fees into a number of accounts can get banned this fast over something so simple...I would be questioning who's doing the banning. CCP has shown me no evidence and has yet to even honor a response to my appeals.' perhaps a gm will se this post and actually look into it in proper detail. surley we have ip tracing theese days for when characters log in you do relise if you can get evidence that you were not involved with the hacking and **** but ccp do not unban you you can take em to court :D

Something fishy that the OP is leaving out, CCP does not do things without good reason. I suspect you may have purchased your accounts other than legitimitely or you have been involved in behaviors of this sort before. Innocence is always pleaded by the guilty.
