Gemstone 3. Oooh the GEnie bills. NWN for a little bit. Federation off and on. Dragonrealms for 3+ years. Ultima Online for maybe a year. Everquest for 3 months or so. Daoc for 3 months or so. WoW for a year. Gave the account away. Eve. Have a feeling I played Eve before this time. Warhammer for a month. Should've remembered what Daoc was like.

DAoC Signed up for about 18 months. Played actively for half that. Level capped a main character and played around with a bunch of secondary characters but the game just got old. Every game listed below was an attempted replacement for DAoC, but Eve is the one that worked.
Guild Wars Severely unstable on my old computer
Anarchy Online Free trial. Non-intuitive control interface turned me off from the beginning, and using kung fu on mobs that just seemed out of place in a sci fi world didn't do it for me either. The high point of my experience was being able to use a character with a righteous afro.
WoW Free trial after that South Park episode. Some of it was okay but it wasn't as good as DAoC and since DAoC was the game I was trying to find a replacement for there was no way WoW was going to work.
Aces High 2 I guess it's an MMO. Played this on and off for like 18 months. Very good flight simulator but the process of "take off, spend minutes flying to the enemy base, die in seconds", was too tedious to subject myself to again and again ad nauseum.
