So to confirm in nice small monosyllabic words, can the 60-day GTC in the retail box be used for existing accounts?
As for not getting a special shuttle, my Apotheosis would get jealous

If you actually bothered to read what others have said in this thread including CCP then you would have seen that in fact, yes you can add the 60 day game time to a current account.

^^^ I concur. I was planning on buying two boxes, one for each account. I'd get the gametime and the nifty shuttle. But if I'm getting shafted on the shuttle, it's game on for any of those shuttles I come across. |

I'm really confused as to whether or not I should buy the box.
It would save me downloading the full expansion (only patches here and there) which would save my download limit, but only if it is everything, including Apocrypha, which I've heard people say it doesnt .
On top of that I get either 60 days game time or some isk.
Main issue is if it includes Apocrypha in the box.

No it wont. The box set only contains the current client in it, as it went gold before Apocrypha was finished.
Either way you'll need to download Apocrypha.

Missing out on the new shuttle for my existing characters is disappointing but I was only getting the boxed set for the phsyical manual + GTC. I would only worry about the shuttle if every character I made got the shuttle not just the first one.
Like many others i expect I will be converting the GTC to PLEX to use later for myself for time or to sell
