So do you not think that there might be something fundamentally wrong with the whole system when the very diagnostics tools you use to elucidate the problem causes a bunch of problems themselves?
Yes, my name is Pompous. Yes, this has been designed for maximum deliberate effect. Sweet disclaimer eh |

Instead of waiting for you guys to fix the problem we have pretty much done most of the leg work for you. Please, please please respond to the thread so that we can at least know that you are up-to-date on the issue and are working on it!!!!

Skill finished at 12:34, this isn't amusing, if it isn't fixed soon I will have to leave home and lose 9 hours of skill training

Will we get back the proportional money for this non-play time?
23x30 = 690 hours a month 15/690 = 0,0217 bucks per hour wasted
Your maths was wrong as we can only play for 23 hours a day.
Oh and you've still not updated the splash screen, wesite or initial forum post to keep people informed of what you are doing and when they will be able to play their game again. Also it's not even just this time that's wasted. I can't get on to skill change, so will lose 5 or 6 hours as I can't log on again till later. That's starting to be a substantial percentage of the monthly payment, all because analysis that should have been planned better was carried out today.

Actually, I haven't had any disconnects the last few days at all (knocks on wood), not even after some severe AFKing which normally ends up in a closed connection.

Very accurate .. but you'd think you'd have a wider view .. this is an international game .. and as such you'd think you'd try and avoid peak times globally .. if that means not farking with ****e .. from Thursday 12pm .. to Monday 12pm .. then farking do it..
How hard is it to understand.. it's already hard enough that we get treated like dirt by you tools .. it's worse when the fact that we are on the other side of the world gets used as a reason.
Just work on their test case databases during peak times .. and keep their hands off it during peak FARK it AINT hard.

But not everyone lives in Europe. Doing an analysis towards the weekend is still stupid no matter where you live in the world.

personally i'd do it during your lunch time.... where ever that is? but to suggest that today at this time is the busy peek hours? when the most people online are actually on line during sunday 1600-2100 eve time (note i used eve time)....
i not sure why you got lots of beef cakes about a little extended down time tbh. maybe if its late for you, maybe you should go to bed?
also, at what point did i say i was euro timezone? i was just saying its euro lunch time..... |
