You're obviously not a frigate pilot then...
ECM burst is great for frig 1v1's. Useless for anything else, I admit.
Not really, as you can lock immediately after the lock is gone, and it's only effective against some frigs...
If you're in a frig, it won't take a long time to relock, although I do admit that it could be annoying to lose the lock every now and then.

Most useless mod I've seen and recycled is the energy neutralisers... I mean why???? I'd rather use a Nos and get some cap back. Oh I've just thought of a good use for them, get a ship with a few of them on and you can have a cool light show :D
Energy neuts rock in small engagements, have an Apoc with 8 of them, you'll kill the cap of another bs in 2 volleys. ------------------------------------------

Most useless items I've come across :
- Damage control Who in his sane healthy mind would consider using this ? :) - Targetting Disruptors - With ECM and Dampening modules, why on earth would anyone want to use this completely useless item :) I find all flavors of it daily :/ (Abaaadooon!) - Hull repairers and their countless named sorts! They recycle well, but thats really all you can say. On a blue monday I tried using one to repair my badly damaged hull and discovered that it would take me the better part of 30 minutes to actually get my hull back up to full spec! It's sssssloooooowwww. (But hey, why can Serpentis captains hulltank your missiles pounding him ? ) - Hull mod, essentially the armorplates for the hulltankers among us - cant live without them! (erhh..)

I would have to say the most useless item is the criminal DNA. I have a huge collection of it and no one wants it.

Pain. Looks great on other people. Its what there for. |

I think mines are the most useless item in my hanger. At least I can sell a fullerine shard, and I can at least fit damage control mods into my ship, even if they don't do anything.
About the most usefull thing I can do with mines is jettison them in a can and hope someone bumps into it.

Originally by: sutty well, them damage controls add HP to your items. So If you have meta mods on which have lower HP then normal items ( thats why they get destroyed easier ) wouldn't your meta items therefor survive with this mod on making it kinda useful ?
^ Iam pretty sure this is how it works.
Usefull to the people picking up my can I guess. =)

Inertial stabilizers. They look cool and sound cool, but have absolutey no effect on your ship.
The only other one is 'damage control' units.
