well how did the contract look exactly? maybe it was misconstrued as a scam contract
i directly linked a contract i made for a "Corpum A-Type Energized Reactive Membrane (Item Exchange)" and i havnt said anything else. i read the rules and there's nothing wrong with anything i did according to the first post
well i'm guessing you placed it at the price of nanos following the whole similar named price scam, but yea they might just be cracking up on those types of contracts on legit trade i'm guessing. Afterall allowing those types of contracts beats the point of having that channel no?

i wouldn't say that, you do have a valid point as to what constitute a "scam" and the rules does state that prices don't dictate scam but just try to take the perspective of w337, he has to pander to the general public's opinion on the matter. plus its part of his occupation to keeping his channel as is (scam free).

if over pricing a item is a scam, dont say "Over Pricing is not a scam." then ban someone for over pricing a item

Just an FYI to those of you who see conflicting banter on here about W33's character.
First, I have not used his channel, it's a bit above my level of market use, but I read the rules and if they are occasionally enforced with a bit less leeway than othertimes, how is this a bad thing, except to the person that feels slighted.
Second, W33 was a member of M. Corp Engineering, a 0.0 Corp in Branch region at the time, for a few months while I was a director. I recruited him personally. He was a member in good standing while a member. He perticipated in as many Corp activities as anyone else including system defense fleets, and was very helpful to Corpmates. We parted company for the same reason many others do, he found he didn't have the time to devote to being a full blown 0.0 resident. I have seen nothing in person, or on the forums to suggest anything other than him being an upstanding individual - other than his spelling and grammar  .
Does this mean you will get 100% satisfaction from his ventures - I doubt it since he doesn;t claim that anyways.

Also concerning the arguments about the weird contracts
contract who are made to deceive the potential buyer in any way or try to repeat any kind of "pattern" show in any existing previous scam attemps will not be allowed on the channel.
therefor if you sell an item like a Corpum A-Type Energized Reactive Membrane
and try to price it like a Corpum A-Type adaptative nano Membrane ( as "advertised" in jita local with a price tag of 1M isk when its in reality a 1B bid on an auction contract )
you will be banned. i am simply writing this for the channel users i stopped arguing with scammers a long time ago i simply explain my self in here from time to time to keep a good PR . in cases like this the overpricing rule doesnt apply to team's eyes and mine its a simple scam :D
what this person is eventually trying to do here is interprete the rules to their advantage :D
and im sorry im french in the first place so my english is not perfect but im trying to improve it everyday :)

ok ive used this site for 6 months now and have had minor problems but they have always sorted them out for me or directed me in the right direction im a trader of tech 2 and tech 3 bps and ive never been scammed by another player ( they may try to get things cheaper but thats not a bad thing)

For those of you who hangs out in price check, at least have the courtesy to link the item when requesting a price check. Perma-blocking someone because they ask you to link the item is probably the easiest way for everyone not to do a pc for you.

With the recent influx of lottery spam, this channel seems to have run its course.
I'm close to quitting this once useful institution, if I want to see the same lottery spam every few minutes there are other choices.
Since lotteries are always "scams" weighted towards the house, and playing on the customers greed, I don't see how they would fit in to this channel.
Same as it's not "scam-free", a lottery also doesn't have a connection with "trading". I hope the channel operator will think over this particular decision to allow this most classic scam and spam operations into this channel.
