I will post here again with a link when it is available. The patch will be roughly 2,2 GB Full installer for Apocrypha: Link: http://www.eveonline.com/download/ - Then click Mac Size: 2,24 GB + ~30MB Note: After installing this client, you will be asked to patch again. But that patch will be small, around 30MB. Suggestion: My suggestion is that you all start downloading the full installer now. This will save you an hour on your download. Since i don't quite get the point in the patch unless you have an extremely narrow banded connection. The 200MB you save in download will then be negated by the long patching process. While the full installer is just a matter of copying the .app to disk.

Kind of makes me wonder why they offer a "patch" for the Mac for this version.

The link you posted there is somehow hidden for me. I can only see the 75883 version on the download page, thanks for posting it. The automatic update in game doesn't work for me either. (It doesn't show the option to update) So I'll have to do the full installation.

I selected Eve Client - MAC and the download started. I started the download at 6:45 AM EDT and it -might- be done by the time I get home from work in 10 hours. Yes, my broadband is as narrow as possible and still allowed to be called broadband.

Perhaps it's a regional thing but from my location (germany) the download page still links to this installer: http://ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/mac/eve-002054_75883_mac.dmg which is still the old one.

Error: url //ccp.vo.llnwd.net/o2/mac/evepremiumpatch84063-84244-mac.tgz not found Do you want to go to support page? Pings to ccp.vo.llnwd.net from the Terminal shows latencies around 17ms. Doing an nslookup shows 68.142.79.69 and 68.142.79.70 for this FQDN. Connecting via http to the URL returns: The requested URL /mac/evepremiumpatch84063-84244-mac.tgz was not found on this server. -Enthral

It's not uncommon for CCP to pull links off the site because some late attempt at QA identified some issues with the patches. Had my version of the download page been pointing to the new client, I wouldn't have asked, but as you can see above some people still get the old link.

Only saw this thread after :P Download size is 2.2 GB at 124kb/s Says 4hrs to download. Ill be OLD in 4 hours ! Too old for computer gameings. See you in the distant future then (picture this - I gotta install 3 of these babies each on my 2 macs- 6 gigs of installation madness!)

After install the client wants me to update with a 34 meg. patch that has not been posted yet, either on the website or autopatch system. If anyone has the file/link to this 34 meg file, please provide the info. Thanks
