You'd think there'd be at least "ONE" god damn answer in these forums or one god damn ****ing **** ass response in these forums regarding the issues people are having. You mean to tell me that CCP can't hire one god damn person to answer posts?
This is my first ****ing time encountering an EMO rage and I'm ****ing ****ed off.

THey can't give you an answer until they HAVE an answer. They don't know what's wrong yet. Sure, they know that people are getting disconnected and systems are hitting their cap way too early, but they don't know what is CAUSING it yet. Until they figure out what is causing the problems, they can't tell you anything other than that they are looking into it, which they already have.

Oh I won't break anything that I own. I won't slam my fist down on my keyboard, throw my mouse or do anything like that. I will vent. I will yell and curse in type. I will speak my mind until someone from CCP comes around reads my thread and does one of two things - responds or locks it. In either case, anyone that saw this thread will know that CCP visited it and if no responses are given to other threads then you know they don't give a rats ass about the game or you.

Hardly surprising really is it ?
Paying customers should not have to trawl through hundreds of forum posts to find out how to download the correct patches/number of patches/whether said patches will work.
All this should have had a team of CCP employees ready to help their paying customers with help at such a big software move.

I did the petition first thing. I waited things out for over 2 hours now. I tried multiple game clients to ensure it wasn't client based.
The issue is related to the game itself and to a particular area in the game (in this case the Aunia gate).
What I'm upset about is the lack of communication by CCP. I don't care if they don't know what's causing it. I don't care if they have an ETA for me.
What I do care about is that they haven't said "anything". How hard is it to "acknowledge that there is a problem" and then state they are looking into it. If they can't at least do that then they don't care or they have ****ty support. I vote for both.
Remember the boot.ini snafu? Yeah, these guys are geniuses.

Whether CCP are working behind the scenes at breakneck speeds or not is irrelevant, customer service and information should always come first. There is a distinct lack either.

Dude. It's a MMO. One day after a major expansion. Welcome to the real world. Things will break, people will get disconnected, etc etc etc. All of this has happened before and will happen again.
Now instead of making an idiot of yourself in front of all these nice people, you should find something constructive to do.

You probably do not remember the good (??) old times when there was for a week or longer every day several crashes and reboots after each expansion? That an expansion took couple of hours longer than announced and still lots of stuff was broken?
Sure, not everything is well right now. But all in all I think they are doing a good job.
And yeah, what should they say? Every five minutes 'not fixed yet, we are working on it it'? Of course they are working on it! And of course it isn't fixed yet.
Chill out, get over your addiction. Turn off Eve for a day - if you can. You will feel better afterwards.
