Two very useful sites - obviously both well-thought through, and worthy of much respect.
At it's simplest, I can use the information that you have both put up, at the first stage of production.
I check the sites for today's prices and trends, mine it and win!
The more complicated stock-market/commodity market is still outside my comprehension, but again ...using both sites and sets of figures, it is possible to make informed guesses about mineral price movements.
The dedication of both sites' operators is to be applauded, and has far-reaching effects in the Eve community. My Puritan upbringing is still putting me off "gambling " on prices, but the work-ethic is at last being properly rewarded, and for that, my thanks.
Maybe the universe does belong to the Good Guys after all?

For instance, ISOIF price quote = Isogen mineral market price.

If you're referring to the ISK/m3 overview, I'm guessing it's because Deep Core miners have different yield than Normal (Strip) Miners, so it's a bit more complicated to calculate.
If they did post it, Mercoxit would be more valuable than Arkonor, which may or may not be accurate:p

The mineral prices posted in the website are based on actual market trades. We do not trade morphite, so therfore no value is posted.
Bastila,
The ore table shows the income rate for an specific ore not the ore price. Yhe income rate is based on our mineral prices. Rates are publish to easily identified the best ore to mine. Always mine the ore with the highest rate available to you.

I just use the ore chart on Grismar's site. Plug in current mineral prices and it will tell you isk/m3 of all ores and drone refinables.

Eventually, yes, if that trend continues of course. Almost all commodities follow a sine wave pattern because of supply and demand (obviously there's a whole host of other factors). If you can identify and predict trends accurately enough, you should increase your margins with relative ease.

Block, you seem not to realize that only a fraction of miners actually use such sites, or do their own math. Most just mine whatever. Anyway, you're making the miners that DO KNOW what to mine and when hate you for bringing in more competition, and possibly ruining the current trend. =[

I try to update prices daily during the week. Sometimes I missed eve a few days. Remember, prices are in the ball park because mineral prices are averaged across regions, so it is very probable local ore prices are about 2-4 % off.
