this situation is a fine example of CCP failure due to oversized bureaucracy
Back in the old days when their company was small and they actually cared about the few customers they had, such thing would have been fixed within 2 weeks. But now, even tho they have all the manpower necessary to fix this and other issues within days (plus 1 week testing) - they are paralyzed with schedules, paperwork, and inability to find anyone with enough authority to make any decision.
Their employees are nothing but corporate drones, with barely more power to influence the game than the players.

i Miss the old Cyno's wich give that "BAM!!-INTO-YOUR-FACE-effect" when Capitals drop, like in that Video:

This thread is pretty old now, would be nice for a update.. Last CCP update was awhile ago.. would be nice to get an update and maybe a picture of the new effect or maybe see if you can slip it in for the January update?

Well, CCP admitted to the CSM during the winter summit, that the person(s) that was supposed to work on this, has not even started on it. So I guess put that in your pipe and smoke it.

I remember the old effects, It was really cool and fun to watch. Its to bad that all we have now is a drop of water effect.
Bring us something cool and unique not the old and way better then the new.
