Using the mouse scroll wheel in the skills window causes it to scroll part way down then stick.
The window must be closed and reopened so that you can move the scroll bar, and the scroll bar itself must be drag moved - using the mouse scroll wheel only causes it to lock again.

Things Ive found annoying and that have needed fixing for some time now (I hope I remember some more so we can get all this sorted out)
Under market all the original blueprints have the word "copy" written after their name. - Change this to "Original"
While copying text from a window you sometimes need resize it before copying the marked piece of text. When a link is displayed in the cha-box resizing becomes impossible to fix this problem. - there is a discreprency between the graphics in game and the highlighting of the text. needs a fix.
Sometimes (especially after an escrow is sold) the wallet icon shows an incorrect amount of isk when the mouse cursor is held above it. This also occurs when the wallet is open and transactions occur. - the "wallet-icon" and the wallet itself probably gets their updates differently from the Database, please syncronize these.
When something is recycled or reprocessed at the reprocessing plant the list of items resets to the beginning of the list, this is very annoying when recycling a large amount of items. - keep the window at the current position of the recycling list.
When showing ones own escrow list please show all escrows no matter how long the list is. the limitation of 25 items is far too short.
When opening the "standings" of the character sheet the "disliked" is often shown instead of another chosen tab. - make sure that the list defaults to the chosen tab
When at a recycling plant the "we take" percentage does not take into account ones skills such as Connections or Diplomacy. - please incorporate these to the equation for recycling

This can cause problems when people switch ships to get a "better" mission but have already initiated contact with the agent. - No mission chosing must be made by the system before the user has clicked "I need something to do"
In relation to the previous and which is why I discovered it. The mission for the 6-slot implants have a bug in the text when talking to an agent (Extra info: ......) or something to that effect. - Remove faulty text
Sometimes the "loading space" stays on the screen despite the fact that the system has already been loaded and you are warping to the next gate. - This usually happens during lag like the "multiple ship-bug" and the sign is often removed when jumping to the next system. So make a client-side detection of a loaded system and remove the sign if the client detects that the system is loaded and the sign is still there.

101% Agreed :) CCP fixed this on chaos..they just need to release a client patch for this...:( CCP plz plz plz do this asap...this is serious bug :(

The secondary bonus for Thorax is either bugged or seems to be incorrectly calculated, I have gallente cruiser lvl4, by default the MWD penalty is -25% cap: 4*5%=20%. Taking my skills into account it should be like this: 25%-20%=5%. But when i use mwd it takes 10% cap, instead of 5%
And fix a problem with criminal flags (on Chaos server all works perfectly, apply this correction on TQ)

The secondary bonus for Thorax is either bugged or seems to be incorrectly calculated, I have gallente cruiser lvl4, by default the MWD penalty is -25% cap: 4*5%=20%. Taking my skills into account it should be like this: 25%-20%=5%. But when i use mwd it takes 10% cap, instead of 5%
And fix a problem with criminal flags (on Chaos server all works perfectly, apply this correction on TQ)

Could you check the values of the Light neutron blasters I and II powergrid requirement...
If you see all other blasters(ion, electron, medium or heavy), those buildable blasters have the same PG requirement as the rare versions (ex : light ion Blaster I and limited light ion Blaster need 6 PG). So the light neutron should be 10 and not 12.
For the blasters II it seems that they have 5% more PG than the tech I version. Due to the fact that the PG of the light neutron Blaster is 12 that gives 12*1.05=12.6 rounded at 13. If the tech I is brought back to 10 it should give 10*1.05=10.5 ... rounded at 11. No sig, this is making lag this forum, mine is 59 octets !

-10% is correct. All things in EVE stack by multiplication. In your example:
-25% penalty means the end result is base*(1-.25) = base*0.75 +20% bonus means the end result is base*(1+.20) = base*1.20
Stacked together, you will get base*0.75*1.20 = base*0.90
I.E., a -10% penalty.
Put it another way: Normally you're functioning at 100% capacity. A 25% penalty means you're functioning at 75% capacity. A 20% bonus means you're functioning at 120% capacity. Multiplying the two, 75% * 120% = 90%. The thorax is functioning at 90% capacity, meaning it has a 10% penalty.
2 40% afterburners give 1.40 * 1.40 = 1.96, a 96% bonus. Not 80%. If you wish to take the skills into account, say Navigation 4, Accelleration Control 3, the top speed will be base*1.4*1.4*1.2*1.15 = base*2.70.
