The amount of threads has zero to do with controlling anyones game. The Beavers have been soundly beaten, they have no more space and probably less 0.0 pos than privateers at this stage with aliance participation maxing out below 200.
They haven't controlled many players game for like forever. There was a time when they were able to dictate regional conflicts yes. But the conflicts they've managed to dictate have grown smaller and smaller and the last time was during MAX Pure Blind/Deklein which was a 2 region conflict at the time.
Right now they are stuck in a loosing battle for 49-U which we want to drag out as much as possible to frustrate them since the alternative of them going to empire and reloading is much less desired than playing abit of pos tennis with them during their downward slope to help that downhill race along.
Their leadership nowadays seems totally inept at making the proper strategical decisions in a timely manner. And this is good for us :)

Oh noes. Is this like those alts you had in the NC that spouted hilarious **** during INSRG and MAX north?
The point is here that neither PL, NC or anyone else has any aspirations to what is now goons space. It's all going to them with no restrictions. That's the least we could do since it was them that made the big plunge and risked it all. NC took no risk at all short term. Goons did and they get all the reward.
