2) THORN were not exploiting.

We know THORN were CONCORDED for whatever they were using aggro mechanics for, by a GM.

That either means

1) The GM did the right thing
2) The GM made a mistake

It does not, in either scenario, mean anyone in Goonswarm is responsible for the answer the GM gave. If a mistake was made, it will be investigated and reparations made.
