Fleet engaged goons, they could shoot goons, goons couldn't shoot back. On another occasion the war dec didn't initiate properly, majority of both fleets were neutral to one another except for one goon when he went through a session change, he transferred aggression to his fleet mates when they repped him but none of the main fleet had aggression.

Thorn killed a few logi and apparently think they are pro for it, goons petitioned concerning the aggression glitches and the GM responded by generating the proper concord response himself.

That's about it, I'm not sure if it was an intentional exploit by Thorn but it may have just been glitchy due to the high load on that node at the time.

Either way, there was an issue, goons reported it, GM dealt with it as he saw fit. Thorn came to forum thinking that a few logistics ships is a big win, and that they are somehow relevant (or even a real alliance? seriously who the **** are they?), and they are now being trolled into the ground.

I honestly don't think it is real corruption, or at least they don't see it that way, but it is obviously ******* wrong when they got GM on 10minute call to hand out decisions that are wrong in their favor. Protip: If every single member of a major alliance puts in a petition at the same time concerning the same issue it tends to get flagged and look at faster, then all petitions are looked at and dismissed as a group.

Null alliances do it all the time, it doesn't sway the outcome of the petition it just tends to make CCP respond faster when they receive hundreds of petitions instead of one.

They were not at war, grey on overview, they got tricked to shoot, their logi healed after the fact and got shot, they reported to GM buddy because they thought it was an exploit to be able to shoot the logi for healing because they are ********.

We record our battles to have evidence if there are exploits made. We learnt the hardway in the past. GMs wil have to act based on proof.

Proof is the key though. Without that there isn't much you can do.

Average SP in goons is actually pretty low. During big events like this it actually gets a decent boost as it brings vets back in.

I'd say sub 30m SP is about right, and the only reason the numbers skew that high is most vets hold many alt accounts (We have one dude that has 3 supercap pilots, he's nuts). Our average fleet member is barely into T2 guns though. Our main strength is a very Newbie friendly atmosphere, this keeps new players flowing in above the attrition rate, but keeps our SP low.
