Since when did we want miners?

Well miners have to come into it at some point. Hard to make ships and weapons if you don't have any ore.
Thats a useless statement. It is very easy to b e self-sufficient without an army of mining ebay'ers.

**NEWSFLASH** Hey brain-child. You have no idea what you're talking about.
Oh ok, I'm supposed to say you're better and always will be right?
But in short I agree with Jade. Basic Eve economic laws will always be applicable. Which the old CFS alliance structure during year 103 was a perfect example of. You might be able to 'dodge' them for a while but they will catch up on you. Unless the 'devine hand from above' interferes once again.
Are you so sure of yourselves you think you can keep attacking all those different alliances to prevent them from gathering resources and still keep up with your own logistics? What if they all would bond together and make life hell for every CA? Overthrow the CA council and reinstate a new government? That hell might freeze over but it probably won't.
It's just funny when every time a thread pops up mentioning certain suggestions to CA peeps tend to go berzerk.
Here is an idea, why don't you worry about UNICOR. I don't really think anyone wants your advice tbh. How long did UNICOR last? I think you set a record for futility.
