Benedikt Miloslav	Posted - 2009.04.03 13:13:00 - [2] Because there isn't any kind of 'faction' T2? If it were to happen, it wouldn't start with marauders. However, the Nightmare has a 100% damage bonus, which, I guess, is the most important feature that makes marauders.. marauders.

Black Ops don't count, Bhaalgorn is terrible from a PvE perspective (and horribly expensive to use for PvP), Vindicator is also Tier-2 Battleship hull.. Rattlesnake is niceish, but with the split weapon system it won't appeal to that many people. Both Marauders and Faction Battleships have chosen the Tier-2 Battleship hull, which makes things boring from an aesthetic point of view. I'd LOVE to fly a Navy or T2 Armageddon, Dominix or Rokh, but the last thing we need is another Apocalypse, Raven, Tempest or Megathron hull out there.

It's the closest I'll ever get to my dream EoM Apocalypse, so a YEA from me =) Even if they were just a second wave of Marauders with identical bonuses it'd be really really nice, although with Tier-1 Battleships already lending their hulls to Black Ops Tier-3 Battleships might be better (and more expensive). While I love the Armageddon (it's probably my favourite Amarr BS hull shape) I do think a black Abaddon with blue lights will look far more scary.
