So I tried searching to see if I could find any related answers yadda yadda but I have failed.
I have multiple accounts (don't we all) and I noticed something strange.
When trying to remap
Acct A has 14 free points (civire char)
Acct B has 15 (brutor char)
Acct C has 16 (achura char)
Why the difference between them? Can it be fixed?
I have not remapped yet because if I can free up some extra points this is obviously what I would want to do.

Everyone has 14 free points to allocate. In your case, Accounts B and C have attributes less than 5, and you will be unable to remap until you raise those attributes to 5. Once you do so, all three characters will have 14 points to allocate.

You have 39 base attribute points distributed across 5 attributes.
When remapping, each attribute has to have at least 5 points in it, so you always have 14 freely allocatable points.
If you have characters with more than 14 free points, one attribute (likely Charisma) is below 5 and will have to have points assigned with the remap to it to get to at least 5. This means you still only have 14 points above the base 5/5/5/5/5 to distribute.

The big question is. Why the hell do they force people to put points into charisma(Achura)?

Because it was a choise between forcing people to do this or have people go 15/15/3/3/3, and the latter would be totallt overpowered :)
