Two problems with that. Suicide ganking is done by a small minority of the players. Like Navajo sized population. The only reason it was looked at by CCP is because one guy got suicided, whined about it on the forums and a hundred other people joined his cause and complained about suicide ganking like it was running rampant. Then the Goons saw another way to grief people and boasted about their exploits on a small percentage of idiotic miners/macros that got killed everyday and CCP really started to take notice and in turn the hundred people supporting that one guy turned into a thousand people supporting him.
The other problem is the law has already been passed against suicide ganking and honestly there is just not enough people out there that support it to get the new system over-thrown. Basically it's a lost cause. Unless we can get an entire board of CSM characters that secretly support suicide ganking to go to CCP and talk to them about it, nothing is ever going to change other than Empire becoming more and more safe for the masses that want it that way.
And why shouldn't EMPIRE be safe, protected by the NAVY FORCES of all 4 FACTIONS + CONCORD secuirty POLICE? So you can gank n kill who you like? Take what you can, give nothing back.
I have played since beta, this is not the game it was 6 years ago and you moron vets along side those of us who know evolution means, know that we have to change with the game. Eve is a game but it is also a business and if players cannot be safe in EMPIRE, they may quit, and tbh, CCP will bend a knee to morons like you who gank others to get some perverted satisfaction from it. Now me, last time sumone tried to gank my cnr i laugehd as i tanked 3 bs shooting me outside dodixie (thx for the loot btw) bottom line is. Your idiots.
