1) of all i rly dont mind pirating or pvp in eve bur some aspects which are not exactly cheating but sort of "grief play" rly **** me off.
why is it that so many of those brave pvp guys have an alt char in the same system area like their neg sec rating bad guy, jump around in systems look if there is save prey, log on with the other char then kill the poor bastard and log off, or back to their nice spying toon.
very glorious defeat isnt it ?
one solution would be that if you have one neg sec char on an account you cant get with the other toons within 3 jumps to the system were he is situated or something like that.

You have no idea how much havoc that will make. Us pirates use our alts to transport stuff to and from empire. The low sec does not allow for travel to some systems. Have you seen how much stuff costs in market in lower sec systems? It's at least 2x higher than empire prices.

exatcly so whats the point inbeinga pirate anyway, i d kill save victims, but dont wanna face the consequences that come with it, in my opinion ( and dont get me wrong pirating is part of the game and ok with me) if you kill something you should ne forced to live with the consequences, and one of the is having trouble in secure space.
takes the thrill out of beeing a pirate when you can log on your nice toon anytime you still need something of the "good" society or things get handy.

Cooperation, which is the purpose of a MMORGP.

I guess not, most people these days know how to avoid pirates. I think its hard enough to get find a good target as it is. (And no n00bs in frigates who have no clue about what theyre doing arent worth my time)
Youll rarely find someone in a cruiser or better that doesnt dock right after you enter the sys. Using an alt to find their location before attacking gives you a small chance of catching them before they insta jump to safety.
If a pirate wants to use an alt then i say go pirate!

And I dont gate or station camp, but its annoying when you can only get ppl in belts.

Your whole point about how the prices are higher outside empire space, and that pirates use alts to transfer items safely, and it would cause havoc is completely rediculous. I am a pirate, and I know that living with the consequences is a part of the path I have choosen, same with you. I will still use the alt on ocassions, but rarely, because I can, but I will NOT complain about it if they found a way to prevent it...like you obviously would based on your post here.

Alright, look at it this way.
If you implement the 3 system radius of one alt to another of no trespassing, it will not only hurt the pirates who can no longer transport their goods, it will hurt others too. I am sure most people have at least one alt.
People use them to scout choke points on their way in and out of 0.0. In most cases the choke points don't have many places to go to get out of the way of the main char.
People have alts for runing missions with high charisma attributes, and alts for NPC hunting, and alts for research, etc. With 3 alts spread around high sec empire, and traveling around all the time, you are bount to create some discomfort.

You want to get rid of alts? Fine. Get rid of all alts. Drop it to one character per account. I would love that change.
Pirates dont use alts in any more of an unfair manner than any other group. Alts are lame, but pretty much everyone uses their alts in the same lame way. Pirates use them to haul stuff through systems theyre kept out of and spy on systems they hunt in. Alliances use them to spy and haul, corps in wars use them to spy and haul, miners use them to spy and haul, and scammers obviously use them.
Don't complain about one group of people without complaining about them all.
