Have you heard about something called a Phalanx? It's part of the Aegis Defense System on the Ticonderoga Cruisers.
It's not exactly flak though, more like a really big Tommy gun just trying to blow the missile up.

Here here! This is not a game about the getting the best weapon but the right weapon for the job. If you want the level/item rat race may I suggest Lineage 2?
Only logical thing to do now is make BSes cost about as much as frigs...and cruisers too and all their weaponry.
