As the subject says, how does one find old static complexes? I am thinking of those that used to be in 0.0 regions. Do they have to be scanned out in the system they used to be in, the constellation or is it random throughout the whole region?
Thanks in advance for any clarification.

Actually, I'd say multi-region; as in, if it's a 0.0 Serpentis plex, it could respawn in Cloud Ring, Fade, Fountain, Outer Ring, or Syndicate.

I'm fairly sure that when the DED plexs were moved to exploration it was stated that they would always stay in the same constellation. I have certainly found a 4/10 plex in the same system a number of times, but then at other times it's not been there.
So I put up a buy order for the relevant overseer effects in Genesis and am waiting for a pattern to emerge.

They are not stuck to same constellation. Like above its multi regional so you can pretty much empty one region of sites if you farm it too much.
