Been active and inactive several times over the course. Still one of the deepest titles played, and interesting community around. Look up TornSoul or XirtamVOTF, neither of them have any employment histories at all (since they've been in the same corp since retail). There are many more than 10-15 2003 characters left (I own 2 myself, but I bought them both, I started in March 2004).

First thing I did was install Windoze. Second thing I did was download Eve (barring, y'know, minor side things like hooking up internet and whatnot). Been here since, with a couple breaks. Currently on semi-hiatus, just training skills and trying to solo sleepers...heh.

If I remember correctly, corp history didn't exist when Eve launched. It was added later, but didn't track any corp membership prior to the addition of the feature. Much like the alliance history tab on a corp show info, that wasn't in at the start of alliances as a game mechanic either.

I also remember the first iterations of probes and using the same grids so that I could start with 4au probes instead of an all system probe. Making off the gate bms to warp within 0 of a gate etc etc. I remember blowing up one of the first POSes in the game and camping p3 with deviance. But I digress. Him, trying to clear out my assets, me, trying to file a panic petition and shouting at my corpmates to get a GM to lock my account down. What I didn't bargain for, was the GM kicked me out of my own corporation for the investigation. +1 May, 2003.
