Well its official, as of April 28, 2009 we passed the 10,000 install mark. The past few days have just been a flurry of installs thanks to the ad being displayed in-game.
I just want to say to every one, thanks for giving Capsuleer a try. The community is what keeps us doing this.
And as a gift back to you the community I offer up a little image I have been working on.
This image is made up of just some of the players that have been added to Capsuleer.

Currently, there are no plans for supporting other devices than iPhone. Recently, we have begun talks with a fellow player/developer who develops for Blackberry and Windows Mobile, so who knows what the future holds.
Also, in my excitement, I forgot to mention that Capsuleer is the premier iPhone application for EVE Online. It will eventually feature all API functionality as well as additional functionality not found in any other EVE iPhone application.

There is no shortage of us, stupid people. Not only we buy iPhones, we also fly first class from Paris to Madrid, and drive BMW M6 where a smart car would be sufficient.

About people who hate the iPhone. I am not Apple. I do not make the hardware. I do not create the marketing strategy for one billion application downloads on their platform.
Similarily, I'm not the other guys with the better hardware and the millions, no wait, the hundreds of thousands, the thousands, no wait, can you actually download many apps on those better smartphones?
As for the Faction Warfare logo, we give a sneak peek with each release as to what is coming next for the application, so in this instance, Faction Warfare is one of the next major additions to Capsuleer.

Congrats Roc!! I know I love it, especially with the new update! I read the blogs now too
But on a sadder note, I don't believe I made it in the portrait pic.. 
I've said it before, but a good app is now a great app! Tops for me over the others

None of the third party apps built for EVE Online have that capability.
The EVE API is read only, meaning we can only access the data and manipulate it on the client end. We are not able to make any changes to the server.

Congrats Roc, this really is a great app. Haven't had much time to login to EVE lately, but I keep meaning to send a donation your way. Can't wait to see what goodies you'll add next.
Does the API allow for getting Corporation info? Looking at the Pilot Information screen was wondering if it'd be possible to click on the corp logo pic and get any type of info on the corporation, or does that require the advanced api info?
Thanks for the great app!
Now if we could just spin ships in hangar on our iPhones.....
