You will get all the informations you need on EVE-Lottery.
For all of you who do not want to click the link directly.
How do EVE-Lottery works?
If you want to play EVE-Lottery you have to choose 5 numbers between 1-59.
Your numbers will be compared with the drawing from http://www.powerball.com/. EVE-Lottery will only use the 5 white balls, so no powerball.
What are the prizes?
With
1 Match nothing
2 Matches 3 Million
3 Matches 100 Million
4 Matches 1 b
5 Matches Jackpot
Estimated jackpot is at 5b, if you want to see the current one go to the website.
Each sold ticket will increase the jackpot.
How much does one ticket costs?
1 Million ISK per ticket.
You can purchase as many tickets as you want of course.
How can I play EVE-Lottery
Go to www.eve-lottery.de click on Get tickets.
There is another way to play without using the website but this way is limited to only one ticket per donation.
Why trust me?
Actually there is no reason why to trust me.
I just hope you will see the work I needed to build the website and programm the scripts.
At least I hope you didnt hear anything negative about me.
The first drawing of powerball that i will use is on the 17th of May
at 01:59 EVE-Time.

Well if you can go through Chribba and he can verify it - I'd be more willing to play along.
Otherwise it looks like a good lottery to be in. Also the 'green' font colour in the text under the number choice grid is somewhat difficult to read, perhaps consider changing it to black or white.

I will upload it on a public file server so i cant change it after uploading.

and who are you? maybe i have just been living under a rock, but don't know why or if you are trustworthy, i suspect that you have a thread with mom sold through you and a bunch of people varifying that you are trustworthy?

F9 is a well known trader in game (look at his contract history) The loss to his reputation of carrying out a scam for 5 bill is certainly not worth. He has sold various high end items and acted as a third party through these forums, check them out.

There is only one way to figure out if it is a scam or not.
A few mil is nothing for alot of EvE players, so just buy tickets (i bought 20) and give this guy a chance.

Tell me this.. how are you picking your numbers? do you have a lotto machine at your place? How do we know your no picking numbers that people sent in (i.e. an alt of yours to prove this is real even though its rigged?)
I have created many lottos but they only took place in alliance or corp.
Of course there is no way to prove this.. even if you have a gm backing you up... there is no proof that they are apart of the scam.. (we all know about the GM corruption and if you don't look it up)

i take the winning numbers from www.powerball.com. that is one of the biggest lottery in usa. to make u guys sure that i wont change anything i will upload a backup of the database (without the playernames just the numbers) on an puplic file server like
http://www.2shared.com/ or something similar before the drawing means something like saturday evening. so if you want you can check if there is a winner by your self.

Well some have asked why Lord Fantus would send me 5bil.
Since I started Eve nearly 3years ago, I have been trading nearly on a daily bases. I am better known for selling one ship more then any other and that is the Raven Navy Issue (CNR).
I have sold 1000s of Raven Navy Issue's, to all kinds of people in Eve, mainly mission runners but not excluding from the largest alliances to small corps. I have helped people out from the guy just getting his 1st CNR to a pirate in Veto that did not have the Isk to buy one but b/c of the fellow corp member passing away needed one for the weekend for a tribute they where doing with faction ships I helped him out when no one else would along with lots of other people.
Because I sell between 300-500 CNRs per month its hardly worth me going out a taking someone's 5bil, when I have more
Isk then what know what to do with. I have done other 3rd party deals everything from m/ships to other lottery's and there has never been a problem.
For this lottery I even asked Chribba to hold 5bil+ of my own personal Isk to show that there is no risk to the people who buy tickets. But since its not his lottery (or) mine + its kinda conflicting with the things he has going on, he asked me not to send it.
It should be noted that Lord had the intention of using Chribba to hold his 5bil, but b/c he could not be reached and the lottery had already started and he was selling tickets we started talking he felt it would be just as safe after us having a talk in game.
All I can do is leave you with this, most people use nameless alts to take your Isk and run. I have been using my 1 account and this char for trading and pvping since 2006, my contract history is 100+ pages, along with my Pvping on GW showing nearly 900kills . I am on eve any given day for at least 5-6hrs.
I have built this char up with a good rep within the trading community, You can always find me in the ship channel. I have helped people with everything from free ships to Isk when no one else would. The Last thing I am going to do is waste away all my hard work and effort I have put into Eve for 5bil when I spend 5x that per week.
Sure not everyone is going to know who I am, since people always come and go in Eve. But when you do hear my name mentioned when it comes to trading or 3rd party dealing you can be sure it will be nothing then " he can be trusted".
Again just like lord all I can ask you to take your time and do your research. Lord did his and that is why I am holding 5bil which is 101% safe.
Sorry for the long wall of text but just wanted to clear up some questions people had asked me in game.

You wont receive any information if your tickets get valid, i will contact you if something went wrong and i could not correct it.
You have to check your tickets by yourself. just go to the website click on check tickets and enter your name .
Your name is in the database with one ticket btw ;)

It is as I suspected. Either a connection issue EVE ups and downs last night or Lord Fantus connection issues. It's 3 million it is not a make or break for me, just want to make sure that I get it in time to get tickets for this weekends drawing. Thank you for the quick response and honoring the system. Other than that I still think it is an amazing concept and easy to remove the possibility of cheating by using Powerball number drawings. I totally endorse the idea and even though not all my comments so far have been positive I am trying to assist in keeping this thread at the top of the forum.
Everyone should give this a try if they can afford it.

You can win a marauder or a faction bs of your choice.
How will this works:
So if there is anyone with 4 matches he will win the marauder or the faction bs. if two guys matches they will both get one.
If(and thats the special in this drawing) nobody match 4 numbers, then i will use some kind of a random generator to pick a winner from all players of this drawing.
More informations about the random generator later, because i
didnt find a traceable way for drawing a random number yet.

do you read anything on the page or my post on the first page?
well on the page is allways the date of the next drawing displayed (anyway its a weekly lottery so the next one is on the next sunday...).
if i dont contakt you everything is allright. you can check your tickets at anytime and from anydrawing on the page by clicking on "check your tickets". then simply insert you name and the drawing you want to check.

Going by the stats doesnt this mean that only 1 in every 5,000 Draws will result in someone getting the jackpot ie 1 in every 100 years?.... You say you've sold 10k tickets and had 11 lottos lets say 1,000 tickets per lotto, odds of winning 1 in 5 million - 1000 per draw makes 1 in 5000 draws, draw every week = 52 weeks a year or 1 hundred years.... Or did i miss something

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Don't get me wrong the lottery is a nifty idea to have some extra fun in the game but I don't see any payout at the end even close to 1 billion ISK let alone 7 Billion ISK. My humble suggestion is make the odds higher so there are less people who get a payout but the ones that do get more ISK. Even like 1/2 a Billion as the smallest prize or something. But I understand it's your lottery and your rules...

Change something in the subscription system.
From now you will get a small bonus if you use the subscription system.
If you buy tickets for more than 4 rounds you will get 1% price reduction for every further round up to 5%
In addition you will get 1% for every 10 tickets you buy up to 10% if you play for more than 2 rounds.
So you can get a up to 15% price reduction, if you buy 100 tickets for 10 rounds=total of 1000 tickets.

because i live in germany and the drawing is around 5 O'clock in the morning, when i normaly sleep.
why do you buy 890 tickets when you dont know how the system work? And how long did it take you to compare 890*5 numbers?
Why did you post here anyway right after the drawing without waiting for me to do the payout.
In your position i would have waited until i post the payouts and then when i see that something went wrong post here but not directly....
And normally you post a screenshot when something went wrong or its requested not directly unless you know that it will be requested.
You cant know that something is wrong before i do the payouts...

i take 25% of the tickets amount to build up a new jackpot in case someone win it.
that 25% will go into the new jackpot until it reach 5 billion after that i will use them for special drawings, for me and what ever...
i want to run this lottery for a long time so why should i scam for these peanuts?
i didnt do 21 drawings sponsoring videos (what costs me more money than i can do with this lottery atm), spamming channels ^^ just to scam someone...
so the jackpot can be won and i dont really care, because its not my money you win

I checked the numbers on the eve-lottery.de website as soon as I saw the post by looking at the bought tickets....cause at first I also thought it was photoshopped (Johshua Blake's screenie I mean). I still had the page open from earlier this morning and even the website had the same numbers as Johshua posted in his screenshot. I actually said some swear-words cause he won :)
So, Lord Fantus, in my opinion you just scammed that guy and I want to get my money back!!!! If not I will put this scam in all my characters bio's (8 of em) and start spamming the hubs.
DO NOT BUY ANY MORE TICKETS PEOPLE!!!!!

Well, as I looked at the tickets after he posted his screenshot on the forums and yes I typed in his name as I wanted to make sure he didn't photoshop it. This was before you came back to announce winners yes. Again, I want me money back as you are just another lousy scammer. I already thought something fishy was going on the moment I bought 500 mil tickets worth and only 100 mil was added to the total jackpot a while back, but now I'm sure. Just give the guy the money he deserves!!!

it took me about 3 hours to go through my tickets up to 495 after i relized it didint auto inject and light up the numbers in my ticket. so i started going through with the find feature with any that had 5 in them. and i found that 495 had them guy all i'm saying is you got caught in a dirty thing you ran a legit business when a came to the small pay outs as long as the money coming in was all ways above the moving going out but when some one actuly won the jack pot you decided NOPE I'm not gonna pay it and then force changed the loto numbers

You know that when you buy 500 ticket as a subscribtion they will added to the jackpot as soon the drawing for these ticket starts...
for you again for example you spit the 500 mio for 100 tickets for 5 drawings. in the forst drawing the jackpot will raise 75mio.
in the next drawing again until every ticket was used...
thats not that hard or?

You said you checked the tickets right after you saw joshuas post and there where still the 11/10 drawing thr last. i'm kind of sad that i won and didint get paid but atleast now you will no longer profit from this i just wish some one would of won it sooner to find this out. i liked the whole idea of the live drawing in orlando (home town BTW) but now i won and i lose over 500 m because i won lord fantus your a scammer just come out and admit it or pay your loto winners its as simple as that if you have all the cash set aside and really are trying to run a legit lotto TEHN PAY ME MY WINNINGS stop going back and fourth everyone knows your just trying to keep the isk or do you not have the isk any longer buy a new big toy? UGHH why cant we get legit people to run these why every damn time it has to be a scammer running them everyone is just to damn greedy.

Well those last few messages are disturbing, I was about to buy some tickets but I think I'm going to pass out.
If it's really a legit business your doing, I can't see why people would complain. I'm pretty sure you can check the database and if he didn't have the numbers then post the database up, this way no one can be wrong and if somebody lied we'll see who it is.

Tbh shouldn't be that hard to prove wich is the one telling the truth.
I know you have this system where you can randomize tickets, the system the generates a number "xxxxxx.yyyyyy" and tells the amount of isk to add this comment to.
You should be able to do it the other way around too - Jashua got this number in his wallet log (from when he did the transfer), and you you should be able to either show wich tickets comes from this numer - especially ticket number 495. Or let some 3rd party do it for you - give him the isk (a trusted 3rd party ofc) and the number and let him do the transaction at some random point so that you can't change data in the database. And he can see wich tickets it will give him and either confirm that the lottery is legit, og confirm that it is a scam.
And I hope he that this will confirm that Joshua is the one telling a lie.
EDIT: Either way it would have been easy for both of you to fix it to your advantage. Lord Fantus by changing data in the database that contains tickets and a quick photoshop by Joshua is also very easy - and would make great sense as he just said he lived around where the numbers are drawn, ie: "Ah this lottery follow some lottery numbers in my area - buy a lot of tickets so there's a slight chance to actually get the jackpot - watch when then numbers are drawn and quick make some random looking photoshop picture and upload it and claim to have won."

Johshua you have no evidence that i scamed you...
i tried it myself and it took me like 5 minutes to change some numbers in the screenshot.
I know that there is noone who won the jackpot. noone else can access the DB just me and my hoster, but he didnt changed anything because i checked the winnings directly after the drawing and they are still the same. My prove here is that there where 3 drawing displayed.
If i do not enter the winning numbers after a drawing there will be only 2.
Its sad that you try to kill my lottery that i run legit.
The money btw is on the char EZB for the current and future drawings the rest is on the corp wallet.

But this wont help because its that easy to change things in the database, like changing some numbers in the screen shot.
i will write something on the weekend. maybe a mailing list or something like this where users who add an email address will get an email right after the ticket sale is closed and before the drawing takes place with all the numbers and names for the current drawing.
So that something like this cannot happen anymore.
I thought that my way to run this lottery is pretty save but like you see it looks like i forgot how bad people can be in eve.

Sadly its not that easy.
The number he gave me with his donation will be compared with the pending tickets and if everything is allright, they will be transfered into the another table (the xml file above).
When this happens the tickets will be deleted from the pending table and the reason number is no longer in the new table(thought it wont be needed anymore).
Well the ticket number 495 is just a count and no where saved the number you are looking for is the id of the ticket(in this case 495 should be 17056 in the xml file).

Atm i dont know what i can do to prove that i didnt change anything in the database.
All i can do is learn from this and keep thinking of a more secure way.

but he still counts the matches correct, i dont know why he paint the wrong ones.

anyway i recently got some informations about Joshua Blake:
I would personally disregard everything that comes out of that pilots mouth for a few reasons.
1.) He's a known scammer and an alt of a banned isk seller by the name of Nogatta.
2.) He has stolen several billion isk from former corp mates through plex/share sales.
If you need conformation of any of this, talk to any of the surviving members of All Tactical Tellemetry.
i dont know if it is true but i will figure it out.

To make it clear you will only get an email on the drawing date after the ticket sale for the current drawing has closed but before the drawing takes place. So if everything goes allright you will get the mail around 1 or 2 o'clock evetime.
