I didn't know where to put this since it is not a question so I put it here.
Hello everyone I am new to this game, my character name is Finlock. I just wanted to say hi and I hope to make some good friends and enemies here. My real name is Curtis and I live in Southern California, USA. I hope to be here a long time and make a Corp with my friends, who I am going to try and get to join.
Also I guess I will just throw this in here, if their are any people on this forum that are good with art I would love it if someone could make me a signature for this forum. I don't have any specifics that I want, just my character name and an image of a cool ship from the game.

Well, let me be the first to welcome you to EVE and the EVE forums. It's a great game, so don't get discouraged at first as it seems a lot of people do. Being social can go a long way in this game. It is a very harsh game and making contacts in the beginning is very important.
If you're looking for someone to create a sig for you, you might want to create a thread in this sub-forum, or browse this other sub-forum. I've seen people in both ones fitting your request.

Also, don't accept contacts that aren't rounded up to the nearest mill!
i.e. 200k isk! 199,999,999ISK or 200,000,001 ISK

Welcome to EVE, Finlock. Don't take anything too seriously, if it's too good to be true it is, you're NEVER totally safe anywhere, don't fly what you can't afford to lose, stay out of lowsec for a while, don't autopilot an untanked hauler, honor 1v1s and ransoms, and don't accept a contract unless you've very carefully read the price.
