That's just it though, I don't troll. Look at my preivous topics, none of them are trolls if you read between the lines. I'm making comments about things, like how stupid scamming has become.
This, on the other hand, is obviously a troll topic designed around using my name to generate a lot of attention. I did indeed take 500k isk from the OP but I doubt that is really a weeks worth of isk for him/her. I have a feeling the OP deliberately fell for one of my jokescams just so he/she could come to the forums and make this stupid topic in the first place.
I can't help being name dropped anymore then the people I scam can help being stupid.

Haha. oh dear. You can ohly sue for the value of what was taken from you. Since ISK has no monetary value according to the EULA you cannot give it a monetary value there for you could sue him/her for exactly $0. That's assuming you could actually find a way to serve him/her the suit. If you did manage to succesffully sue for an amount then you would be violating the EULA and you could be baned for buying/selling ISK. Isn't it wonderfull ;).
Seriously anyone who believe "give me ISK and i'll give you 3 times back" deserves to be scammed.

2 things you can do.
1.) Live and learn. EVE is a harsh place. Scamming is legal. Beware whom you do buisness with. Though IMO, people who scam newbies are the lowest of the low.
2.) kill them in game.
Thats about it. You wont ever get your isk back. The GM's will never address this issue. Ever.

Scamming is an allowed game mechanic in EVE. And anyway, when you signed on you agreed that all in-game items and currency are the sole property of CCP, and as such, there was no theft from you, only an exchange of CCP's property between 2 players of the game.

I'm the best there is, the best there was and the best there ever will be and I'm still only 3 weeks old! By the time I get to be a year old I predict about 85% of empire space will belong to me unless I start to play 2 hours a day instead of 1, then it'll be 100% in 6 months.
